Italian league with 3 CL spots will hurt Juve a lot. Not that I cheer for Italian teams, but it's gonna leave a huge mark on Juve.

Hopefully Serie A and FIGC will opet their eyes and way of thinking, especially when it comes to foreign investments.
I've been thinking, it may make us more competitive, no?

Great game between Inter and Bayern.

Inter were always likely to concede because they kept giving the ball away and getting caught out-of-shape. It also seemed very foolish of Inter to not try to have more control over the game to allow them to test Bayern's rather indifferent defence. As it was, Inter were pretty unlucky not to score at some point in the game.

Very good performance from Bayern, even if they didn't create a lot of clear chances. Possession football isn't something I'm particularly big on, but Bayern did it very well. They were actually keeping the ball for the purpose of getting it wide and trying to create chances (not like Spain and Barca who, a lot of the time, just look to keep the ball so the opponent don't have it).

Anyway, high quality game, which was settle by the one huge defensive error in the match.

    :lol2:

Next year the FIGC will do the league another favour and not let any non-EU be purchased. Limiting it to one non-EU has done wonders this year that they are considering developing on it.
    :D

Not really. Not if our owners step up, and they won't.

There's simply no positive thinking out all of this IMO. It's gonna make league more competitive, maybe, but Juve will suffer because we can't catch even 4th place.

Bottom line - less money = less quality

or maybe we will be more creative with our budget and looking for young and talented players.

    Doesn't sound Juve-ish really.

I mean, why change the years habit of buying mediocre and unnecessary players? :p
i know it but I keep hoping that we will change because buying or loaning players like G & G, motta, amauri, iaquinta, etc. isn't really working.

Just finished watching the replay. Robben is the best.
Robben is one of the best Wingers on the planet.

His dribbling is great - he has speed, technical ability, and a great shot on him. Heavily left footed but can also shoot with his right.

Compare him to someone like Krasic, you know he'll never shoot, just keeps trying to run all the way to the line and cross.

Bayern also help Robben when he's double marked, they run into open spaces created by the double marking.
