Damn! I think even Nedved would have done a better job than Ciro in this match. Admittedly he also have no coaching experience, but at least he has the fighting spirit and would never approach the match with such a loser attitude. Especially when a draw or a lost would not make any difference at all. My Pavel would certainly ask his players to play for a win and fight until the end.

I didn't mention Barcelona.

Look how EPL teams play, they die on the pitch from all the running. We don't give shit really.

It's totally different, but Serie A needs a change.
It's not only about running, but it's about meaningful running. It's about thinking.
Before you pass the ball you need to think 2-3 passes before time. You don't pass just for the sake of passing. You need to know what will happen in the next 2 moves after you pass the ball.
It's like chess.

Barca does that, Arsenal does that, Bordeaux did that today. We don't do that.

Before our players pass the ball, they need to know exactly what they will do after they pass the ball and exactly what will the other Juve players do and where will they run.

Do we do that? No, we just pass and then you'll see Camo stuck by the line and surrounded by three players, or you'll see Chiellini kicking the ball forward to nobody.

We have technical players who can do that. We have players with brain. But they can't do that unless they work on that during trainings. Obviously we don't work on that and our coaches aren't intelligent enough to work these systems with the players.

I thought Caceres did qutie well tonight :)
that may be right if you cut out the two scenes where we conceded the goals.

both times he had to mark someone who went for a header and he did not even jump ... if centre back is his preferred position, than i do not even find the words for how bad he would be there when he has no clue how defend high balls.

the first goal he tried to push the opponent forward leading underjump the ball, making the ball unpredictable for buffon so it flew over him. had he just jumped up the ball would have ricochet off his head or chest but would not have took the way into the goal.

in the second scene he "marks" the player who is going to head it in from the behind ... every low league defender knows that you have to stand at the inside just between player and goal to defend crosses, so you can at least jump and if you do not get the ball have the chance that you either distract the opponent enough to not head well or get hit by the ball so it does not go on goal .. twice an amateurish mistake and when he has these mistakes more often (and we know he has these scenes every game) than you can not field him.

yeah, he has a great tackle, but that does not help if he is guilty when the opponent scores

I think a team like juventus with a remarkable history needs a good coach, an experienced one. Ciro is not up to the task to be honest. From the start of the season we saw the numberous difficulties the team was going through. One or two performances were'nt sufficient to convince me- and i think you too-

Ciro has show, that he is not yet ready for juventus. this doesn't look good for him. We have 2 very big plays ahead of us, and if we loose against Inter and Bayern, we have to bring in someone new!
