Yeah Pjanic was pretty good. Calm on the ball and manage to get it out of difficult spots few times... Higgs cant seem to start banging these goals in Europe. He missed few good chances again. Maybe better luck for him in semis?
I thought tonight he was every bit the player we hoped for when we signed him. Calm, incisive and controlled the game well.

Not only that, but one of the players that we were counting on to help in that rotation is lost for the year in Pjaca. I mean, are we supposed to have a 35 man roster so that we can cover every formation known to mankind?
this summer i said multiple times that we needed one or two more wingers in order to be competitive in CL and forget the 352. I was partly wrong but it would help none the less..

He looks more mature now, finally that Juve mentality rubbbed off him. Notice how driven he looked at beginning of the game. He just needed a bit of time here. Its a big difference between Juve and Roma....

Ok. But if Allegri was using a non-winger based formation at the time, what would the point have been in getting wingers over this past summer?

This was a victory for all those who believed in the potential of this team in the early part of the season.

We got alot of flack. Alot of mockery. Oh how shitty a team we were. Oh how big the issue was. But we believed in Allegri's words that "the team needed to be there from march on", and that is exactly what happened.

Every single analyst today is pointing out how this team is more mature, complete and simply better then two years ago. We said it in the beginning of the season, how our ceiling was higher, but team_pathetic and some other peasants and ladyboys kept bashing it.

This is a big fuck you to those who didnt believe in this team as they always do. (I dont need to put names, you peasants sons of whores know who you are)

And its a big victory, for those who believed in juve and sticked with it.

And those i didnt list

Fair play to you for always remaining positive about Juve even if we have rather strong disagreements about other things :p

Like you said, the biggest thing we can take from all this is that our summer mercato clearly improved this team. Regardless of all else we are better than last season's Juve, and by a clear margin, contrary to all the doom and gloom after we sold Pogba an "didn't replace him" (we did).

The last thing remaining is for Higuain to get his shit sorted out and start scoring the chances we create for him in the CL. If that happens we will be an unstoppable machine, much like Bayern 2013.

Thanks :)

Real credit to those who had such insane hopes for Pjanic. I knew he was going to be amazing. But this is beyond what i was expecting.
