Very intense game. I enjoyed the game very much. Frustrated that we could not break through but at the same admiring how resolute AM closed down the spaces. I believe we will grow from this experience.

We can beat them in Turin with the right approach.
:agree: However, we need to actually shoot on goal to have a chance of winning. 0 shots on target over 90+ minutes is fucking embarrassing. We took an extremely negative approach to the game in Madrid, and afforded them too much respect. As Buffon (always the voice of reason) said, we need to take more risks in Europe. Enough with the pussy tactics deployed last year.

Contrast our performance with that of Roma's. Roma went to Manchester to try and play; we, on the other hand, were content at exercising "damage limitation" instead of actually being more aggressive in pursuing the 3 points. It almost paid off, but at the end of the day results and points are what matter.

We were incredibly negative. Tevez was dropping way too deep at times (almost an AM), and we never provided Llorente with any decent crosses into the box (he was also dropping deep to collect the ball). Our "marauding fullbacks" were never really a danger, and both Vidal and Pogba were anonymous (no runs behind the defense or shots from distance).

Sometimes we are too easy to shut down. And if a lot of wannabes like me in this forum notice this... be damn sure that pro coaches in the CL know whats going on too.

I am not sure at all that we can get a good result against them in Turin.Maybe we won't lose the game but definitely is a question can we score against them.

Something will have to change then. With the same approach, the game will be a copy paste from yerterday`s but only worse because we will be at home trying to impose our game and they will be 2x more cautious. They will park the bus like never before. Lets hope we will have all secured by then.
I dont feel at ease with this Juve team when they try to go on the offensive against other teams of equal caliber. Most of the time we end up, having possesion, but wasting chances left and right and risking a counter with our shaky defenders

Thats normal. It was a very tense game, wich automatically makes it great for us fans.

Neutrals like you however, will offcourse hate it as there arent many chances and attacking plays per minute
The first half was filled with practically zero chances. The ball wasn't even near the six on both sides. Fan or no fan, I have no idea how anyone can call that exciting. It wasn't even a knockout match.

It wasn't exciting but I found it enthralling and captivating. It was an interesting tactical battle between two strong teams and since one of those teams is my team I was really into it.
