arsenal got the better of liverpool last night.not that it matters, but liverpool's league run was dreadful when they played us but they rose to the occasion and beat us.maybe arsenal's recent run of good results might give them a bit too much confidencee, which we might exploit as over confidence.we can only hope.

maybe, just maybe..putting pessoto on the right wing might not be that bad an idea.especially since i feel a bit more confident with him around with regards to the defensive duties.
It's good to use pessotto, he is much better than blasi or chiellini, but not Zebina. the only problem of Zebina he goes forward alot, and leave the defence in trouble, but for defending, he is better than pessotto (this year's pessotto) against fast teams.

Who do u think is Zambro's best full back partner 4 this one - Balzi, Chiellini, Pessotto or Zebina. I would say Balzi..

P.S : I watched Pool get taken to the cleaners yesterday using an adapted 4-5-1 to conjest the midfield and slow Arse down. Failed dismally......

i saw arsenal against liver last nite, liver used the 4-5-1 formation and they got beaten bad.
But i still think they have a weak defense.

Henry is a big threat, as well as fabregas in he middle of the park, Luignberg was injured and had to go off th field.

I still think that we could knock them out in two legs

I think we are better in the midfield! Emerson and Vieira have more experience than Fabregas and Flamini or Hleb!!
And I think we have a Joker with Thuram! He knows exactly how Henry plays and what moves he take and choose! "He will kill him!!"

Pessotto is too slow to even catch up with Bresicano and Delvecchio. We need Kovac for this game.

if henry gets a yellow in arsenal than he is out at delle alpi?
i hope he gets a lithle angry and gets a yellow so he cant play in delle alpi, that would be very good, i love henry he is a great player! someone who hates him hates football thats simply but it would be great for the juve defends if he wasent in delle alpi

Henry's speed is frightening, with sheer pace alone he could breach our defence at any given time - thankfully, this is Arsenal's sole weapon in their..erm, arsenal. So I think we'll cope over two legs.

By the way, who's going to the away leg? I've applied for tickets via Juventus Club Londra, so that's pending. Just got to book my flights now. (or organise train journeys, preferably the former)

We need to emulate the defensive performance against Milan vs Arsenal. That's exactly how we're gonna beat them. Run up to their guy straight away, make it difficult for him to pass the ball around. Our back four and our central midfield were excellent last night and I'm sure Trezeguet won't be tucked in by the Arsenal defenders as much as he was against Milan, because..well..that's simply impossible.

I wouldn't mind Trez-Zla-Del Piero to start the game in Londra knowing that Pavel is out. We always attack when we have these Trio down.
