Hey Gio, you are a doctor, what shall one do to go to sleep without using pills?

Jeeks, try not to sleep one night,of course the whole day after, and you'll be so exhausted next evening, that you'll sleep like a baby...it works for me.

That "exhaustive" solution only works if you're not depending on the pills...otherwise,the "normal sleeping" process could be a problem.

I,forexample, must awake at 6h ,every morning, except weekend, and I get home at about 17h...I'm so tired at 22h that I need to sleep, than.

So if I schedule sleeping hours and waking hours for some time, will it work no matter what I do during the day?

If that day's activity doesn't imply sleeping,it might work.:)
Good luck, and try to avoid the sedative pills!!!

No I won't sleep during the day, actually I don't like it because it gives me a headache. As for the pills, I even try avoiding painkillers when having a headache, so a sleeping pill is far from being something I would even try.

Anyway, I will try to schedule my sleep. Thank you :)

Good post, Andy. I think you actually pinpointed the exact threats we need to focus on eliminating in Fabregras and Henry. Camoranesi and Mutu could influence the game at some point, as you say, but we must also be diverse in our passing game, we can't play it down the flanks all the time (Highbury's so fucking narrow). Good passing and movement and getting all our forward players into the box will create the goalscoring opportunities we need.
I think Hleb will be a surprise against us and will cause us several problems if gets too much space in midfield. He likes to cut inside the center of the pitch from the right wing and let the right-back, whoever it is, have the flank to himself. If we play a straight four in midfield Vieira will have to keep tabs on Hleb and perhaps Mutu or whoever plays on the left-flank will as well because we cannot let the Belarussian have space to run at our defense. Another threat is Ljungberg however thats quite more obvious.

Yep, we can definately add Hleb and Ljungberg to the list of severe threats. But then again, we could go on naming players all night seeing as Arsenal have quality all over the park.
The key is to come out on top in midfield by winning that battle, as we both stated earlier, and I'm pretty confident we've got the players to do that.

What makes me really anxious, though, is the fact Paddy will be returning to his former club at which he was captain for 9 years, to face a squad full of players all eager to show him - and the rest of Europe - that he made a wrong move last summer.
