i really don't think Ciro was the right choice even though he have my respect as a club legend but i really question his choice for the bench in every game we played this season. yes everyone moans about the injury crisis bu why would he keep 2 strikers on the bench if he really plays with 1 striker ? who is the replacement for the 3 attacking MF that he have ? why on hell does he have 2 LB on the bench every game ?
why doesn't he have the courage to put more of the primavera players on the bench for every game, correct me if am wronge but doesn't our primavera play the same exact formation that we play in ??? is Tiago a better player as an attacking MF than the like of Rossi for example ?
as i see it, Ciro still doesn't have the guts to play his game.

When we know that Milan is just 2 points behind us, we realize that FERRARA SUCKS ..

We have two major problems.
1 - Mental: Zlatan once said after leaving to Inter that major difference between Juventus and Inter is that Juventus play every match as if they are winning already a thing he could not feel with Inter... now we are not that sort of Juventus anymore.
2- Phisical: We play the last half hour of every game like a Serie C team, our players quit trying and fighting at the final stages (partly because of 1). Not to mention there most be something wrong with our players physical condition which makes them unbelievably vulnerable to injuries.
Ferrara is the least of our problems IMO.

I can't see any point in blaming Ciro, I mean some people are really overreacted. The fact is with the injuries and players he has currently, and with his lack-of-experience, those results are normal.
I'd better give Ciro a tip:
First, be more confident in your sub decisions, don't hesitate. Second, he should focus on raising team's spirit.
