he can't do something good until we get rid of the clowns and bring some decent players.

Grygera, Zebina, Poulsen, Tiago, PDC are not the type of players who can celebrate a scudetto.
No he can't do any good until he is given sometime to grow and he well yes he will become a great coach he just needs time. and yes he may go to Napoli like he stated in the pre-match conference today but we seriously need someone who is "upgraded" as we are obviously behind schedule.

Ah, Ciro. I'd say he's still learning, and nothing really beats on-the-job training. I reckon the Scudetto is pretty much out of reach at this point and the team isn't going to slip too badly, so there's no point in firing him mid-season. That being said, he's got to tighten up this team quickly. I'd like to see some good European performances.
Learning never stops in this game. It's like trading. Every day is a different situation, you can't stop learning.

Well look at the team of Mazzari. Player wise most of his players are inferior to ours. Why can he still do well and even beat us at our own turf? On paper we have the second-best team in the league and there is no excuse for a defeat at home. Ciro has to take the blames for the defeat.

Now look at the match. I felt worried right after Ciro subbed in Tiago for Camo and kept the same system. Since this sub we had the same right flank as we had had when we were playing the 4-3-1-2, i.e. having a CM who does not know how to protect the right flank. Mazzari saw that as well and he brought Datolo in to tear our right flank apart. I agree that Grygera was poor but even the best RB in the world would have still been beaten in such situations where he had no one to cover for him.

The next sub is also a poor one. Poulsen was doing well and added some steels to our midfield. Subbed him out and we now had only Melo to do all the defensive tasks. Losing the third goal was inevitable.

But that was still not the worst. The final sub was one of the most retarded sub I have ever seen. Why replacing the most creative player in your team with an average one who was not able to hit the ball right? Especially when your team had to chase back?

All in all I am really fed up of seeing our team suffers from the inexperience of our coach.

Again, I'm not talking about this game in particular. At the end, Napoli and their Mazzari won't win the scudetto and most probably won't make it to the CL.
Yes, we are the second-best team in the league, but, can you see the gap between us and 'Merda' Inter?

Maybe because our creative player was tired and not creative anymore. But, then when he needed a new blood, the poor guy checked out the bench and realized that PDC is the only option he got.

WE NEED A BETTER SQUAD TO CLOSE THE GAP.

Sissoko is injured. Who is Molinaro?!

so, now it's 0% percent?
Any strategy involving putting an injured person on the pitch as a substitute has only one credible cause: that is, when the player being substituted is Molinaro.

And putting Molinaro on for someone is always a case for FAIL.

I don't follow what planet this guy is on.

What I hate about our current Juventus is that we talk alot. In the pre-Calciopoli era we were without doubt the strongest Italian team for 15 years but we never went on the mic saying that we are or we will. We showed it on the pitch. I say we should stop talking and concentrate on doing more.

There are so many things wrong with our team which involves, management, coach, medical staff and players.
Thats why only players who know what success means are the ones capable of making the difference. Del Piero, Buffon, Camoranesi, Cannavaro and Trezeguet. Five players only.

Guys, please tell me that Giovinco asked to be subbed out and that's why De Ceglie replaced him.

Because at 2:3, with 5 minutes to go, to take an AM out for a wing back is the most ridiculous move one could do. That's what Andy calls football terrorism.

Even if Ferrara didn't have options on the bench (he had an attacker, Immobile, didn't he?) then he should have put De Ceglie in for a defender or even for Buffon for heaven's sake, but not for an attacking player. We were supposed to score a fucking goal, not defend a lead.
