We are in good form now. He seems competent enough and our management seems to have made the right choice. He brings in the right mentality to the players. However, he can only be judged once he gets into difficult situations.

Ciro is smart no doubt, but he also has an experienced squad to work with. Most of our players have won something big before and know how to handle the pressure and get the results. As long as the team stays motivated, fit and ciro makes the right substitutions I think we will be fine.

Exactly. He's a young manager, but we can't forget he already knows how things work at this club aswell as him knowing quite a few players personally, from his Juve period and also from the NT under Lippi. These things can help a manager immensly, he must've felt at home straight away.

Nevertheless, he seems to be making the right choices before matches and during them to change things in our favour. I have to say I'm actually pleasantly surprised by Ciro so far, and really hope he can keep this up.

Some people do overrate him, you're right. Though I think they're just enthousiastic that we have a manager who seems to be able to make substitutions, that also actually make sense. Most people realise he's untested.

All we can say about him now is: So far so good, and hope he can keep it up.
