But sometimes to get ahead you have to take risks and I'm sure Ciro will restore the old Juventus spirit and make sure the players regain their passion to play for this great club; something which was really missing under Ranieri.

Not a bad observation. It's clear that they feel they are taking a bit of a gamble. But Ferrara is showing there's no time like the present.

If our preferred formation is 4-2-3-1 it means we are going to acquire a Lavezzi/Pandev type of player and a huge sale of central midfielders will take place. What I don't like about the 4-2-3-1 are two things, Marchionni has a bigger chance of staying and one forward is somehow lame.

Look, the key is Del Piero. Where is he going to factor in if we use this system, our player with the best stats and most production in the past two years.
