Not sure if I think Boniek "gets it." Just because you hire somebody doesn't mean you should stick with them no matter what.

And to the Ranieri defense :yuck:

Ciro: 'Hiddink? It is not the only name that came out, I have no influence on it.'

They asked him about the formation and he said it's going to be something new. 4-4-2/4-4-1-1

Ciro Ferrara admits “nobody could be happy with this situation” as Juventus visit Parma in a head-to-head for third place.

“When you don’t have results, then the self-belief goes with them. I don’t think the team was scared, but it’s normal to have some uncertainty in a situation like this,” commented the Coach.

Juve ended 2009 with shock defeats against Bayern Munich, Bari, Cagliari and Catania, fuelling speculation Guus Hiddink is ready to take over.

“We hope to see a different Juventus compared to recent outings and tried some different tactical approaches during the break. Despite the negative results, the club has stood by me and I feel their faith in me, so will try to change the results.

I never got the feeling that there was a time-limit to their confidence, but I am mature enough to understand that a tactician’s work is judged by results. Hiddink isn’t the only name that emerged, but I won’t be affected by that.

“Don’t think that I see an 'ugly atmosphere’ around me. It’s not brilliant, but I am relaxed and aware I need to give my best. I don’t bother with those who are firing at me right now.

“When there are chants from fans against the players or team, the disappointment is also mine. We are all an integral part of the project and each have their own responsibilities, so who could be happy in this situation?

“We have many objectives ahead of us and need to rediscover the enthusiasm with which we started the season. We’re working for a winning and ambitious side, so the time for talking is over.”

It is a tough test that awaits Ferrara on Wednesday in a game you can watch LIVE on ESPN.

“We will be facing a Parma side that is in good shape, close to us in the standings and deserved their place with good football and enthusiasm. I expect a very difficult game.”

do we really want him to stay if we beat parma?

or do we want juve to lose the game and hope for a new coach?

both things are just bad.... i just don't want us to lose but than again even if we win ferrara is just not good enough to be juve coach... even if we turn the season around and finsih 3rd.... we will get fucked up by the next big team in cl.....

we need something like a revolution around here... and def. a coach who knows what players to buy for one formation...

we can not change formation week in week out...

how could you be asking yourself such a question. Isnt the obvious answer: I hope Juve win and keep winning under Ferrara and hopefully he becomes a good coach. I know its a long shot but what really do we have to lose. The bottom line is that even with a new coach we will probably not win the league and under Ferrara im sure we'll finish 2nd or 3rd and hopefully over time he'll slowly learn. Personally i really wanna see Ferrara do well and i think he's worth keeping till the end of the season at least.
