1-we pay him 17 mil per one year thanx to selling Chiellini to man city
2-we give Tiago,Poulsen,De Ceglie and zebina 2 million Euros and send them at the special undercover mission to Las Vegas for some dice and roulet ,they might earn something there (they're doing nothing here anyway) and then use the earned money for scolari.
So, the conclusion - no scolari ,not even in the dreams.

Why does it show ineptude? EVERYONE and their grandmother knows someone who lost 5 of 6 games, has zero effect on our team as a coach, has gotten us eliminated from CL, to be VERY close to being fired, or that one should actively seek replacements for. So thats what they are doing (and Scolari isnt a bad coach btw, pretty decent), in fact, exactly what we as fans ask for.
Ok, so they say publically they will keep him, but thats just for show and PR (and everyone knows it), matters for little. And it getting out that they are fishing for options should undermine Ciro? Well I'm pretty damn sure it does NOT come as a suprise to him nor our players, in fact prolly informed or in the know of how things are or can go, so it would hardly demoralize or undermine things more then it already is. Which is swimming in the shit lake in Hades.

Correct mate, Ferrara as a man knows his days are numbered, you don't lose as many games as him, get knocked out of the Champions League and completly lose respect from your players. We need a new Coach that is a fact. The board would have met with Ferrara behind the scenes telling him whats going to happen.
Exactly Red, he is boasting about this, like he is saying "hey, look, I'm still somebody". And btw, OFCOURSE he would decline us, it would been way way more work for his paycheck then the snooze retirement gig he has now. And it would be for like 10m less then he is earning now probably. So yeah, obviously wouldnt give that up.
Eric Gerets in Qatar is similar, reputable coach earning ridicolous amount of cash he would never get elsewhere, while doing an easy enough job. But atleast he says its totally for the money alone, likes of Scolari, Zico and even Hiddink pretend its for the "challenge" or making their football grow etc

It shows ineptness because you don't try to go after someone like Scolari who you know you cannot afford, especially when the guy is not a spectacular manager as it is. Scolari is not a realistic target, nor should he be, so the fact that they actually tried to sign him demonstrates they have no clue what they're doing on multiple levels.
Of course, we already knew they have no business in football, but this piece of news is just more confirmation that apparently some folks still need.

That's the problem. There is nobody else. And now since it is confirmed that we want Ciro out, it makes it all the more difficult to actually sign somebody. I don't know how more pressure on Ciro will do us any good; in fact he's got no incentive to care anymore. So we better hope and pray Hiddink will sign on to this sinking ship because if not, we are toast.
