The biggest problem IMO is that the mangement is not serious about Juve winning Trophies. Last two years were the perfect example. After we were promoted back to Serie A Ranieri was appointed and in that situation that was a good move. Ranieri may be the dumbest of coaches but he always manages to keep his team in the top 5 with a moderate squad. In that phase with the tight financial situation of the club, that was a great choice. From the beginning of last season our management has seemingly gone to sleep, considering signings made like Mellberg, Knezevic plus the fact that they stuck on with Ranieri where he should only have been a one year solution. And now Ciro who was supposed to be a caretaker for the last couple of mathes was permanenty appointed, instead of appointing a top class manager in the summer and even when we had a decent mercato, now we are sufferin. Either people who have passion for the club, or atleast some sense should be appointed in our management or the current ones should start making changes like the coach, medical staff. We are Juventus FFS and we had enough of mediocre perfomances
