It isn't really that hard to read.

I only wrote Marchisio, not that we should rest 5 other players.

Because if i'm not mistaken then only Marchisio and Barzagli have played all their games for both club and National team. You can see in Barzagli that he knows how to handle it, Marchisio has also runned more miles than Barzagli. But he was fit against Napoli and very tired against Denmark, but the tiredness will hunt him again soon. He's only human.

Marchisio can play for 60 or 70 minutes, then get rested. He's the one on form who make things happen in our midfield these days.

Doesn't change the fact, that he's tiredness might be back for the Inter game.

With or without him, We should beat Nordsjælland.

Nah, they've been playing their offensive passing game against both Shaktar away and Chelsea at home. Very much doubt they'll park the bus against us, so should be some goals in this.

But they failed twice. Might as well try to park the bus to get something out of this.

They haven't played that way in years. You'll have to remember that they are also reigning champions in a quite weak league - they simply haven't found occasion to going defensive like that - not even against the best team in Denmark. Add to that the fact that they probably know they aren't progressing, so their main objective is showing the world and themselves that they can play with the big boys. Which they actually did for large parts against Shaktar (and in fits and starts against Chelsea).

I'm so immensly psycked for this game. I can't believe I'll be watching our boys live tomorrow :weee: . If I get a hold of Vucinic during their warm up I'll have him make out an autograph for Tuz :D

The thing about the Nordsjælland - Chelsea game is that Nordsjælland basically was the best team in the first half. Chelsea was effective and managed to score a goal in the first half, but Nordsjælland played the best football even if they didn't get to a lot of chances (and that is also going to be their problem against us). In the beginning of the second half they were close to making it 1-1, but they didn't have the necessary sharpness. Basically their attack is their weakest part against a team like us. They really don't have a classical big forward. However, because FC Nordsjælland play the way they do - with a lot of short passes and a lot of movement (they were the team who ran most of all the 32 teams in the last CL round), and because they aren't used to play against teams from stronger leagues, the team was completely exhausted in the last 15 minutes. Chelsea managed to score 3 goals in the last 15 minutes, and I suspect that the last 15 minutes could be crucial tomorrow - at least if we want to win with more than one goal.
