you said it yourself. It gets scrambled. There are two rai packages on hotbird, one that is free to air all the time except at match times, that one is almost impossible to unscramble at match time (unless you have the original card ofcourse), and the other one which is never free to air, always scrambled, and that's the one that www444's code works I guess, didn't work for my dreambox!
