in my opinion giovinco is one of the best players of our squad.. the only problem is that he doesn't scores goals.. if we somehow get a fantastic goal scorer in january, I can see giovinco turning in to an assist-monster.

The next 3 matches are crucial.. While we don't have a striker who is a la ibrahimovic, cavani, falcao, dzeko and so on, we need our strikers to have luck and win these matches... in december we will have Conte back and I hope in january a fantastic goal scorer.. we all know that if we play with that striker and giovinco and vucinic up front in a 3-4-3 or 4-3-3 we will be invincible... the only problem is is that we might not even be in the champions league at that moment...

tldr: win the next matches... get conte back in december... get an awesome striker in january and swith to 4-3-3 or 3-4-3.. then we can rule the world..

Marotta didn't choose the formation - if anything everyone was sure Conte would play a 4-4-2 when he first arrived, and it turned into a 4-3-3. Somehow Napoli made us play a 3-5-2 in the end.

In terms of watching entertaining football and drawing then statistically 4-3-3 would win this one. In terms of picking up the 3 points and that's all conte cares about then 3-5-2 is why they decided to stick to it. Well what I'm gathering anyway.
