I want to see Sharmootatelli's cam. What does Motta see in him? Why is he the captain?
And this fucker is our captain too. Vomit worthy. Another diabolical performance from this dude. He’s world class at shitty and needless slide tackles, passing to the opponents and waving his arms aoeind whilst attackers are steaming past him.

Important win, overall deserved too, and hopefully also a lesson learned because we can’t afford the same type of experiments and mistakes in the second leg, probably the most important change would be making sure Kelly does not see the pitch that day.

Well, Kelly is anyway probably our best LB option i still prefer him to Savona playing LB.

I’m sorry but after seeing him play yesterday i don’t know if you are actually saying that with a straight face or just kidding…

Rather just play McKennie if there’s no alternatives, or give a chance to Alberto Costa, can’t imagine any of them being more of a liability.

I thought we did ok, for the most part, but we're incredibly vulnerable at the back. With a goalie that doesn't inspire any confidence.
The subsititions paid off this time. While Mbangula & Conceicao were pretty poor overall, they did win us the game.

Based on the 2 PSV games I've seen this season, they're a pretty weak side. We really shouldn't encounter too many difficulties next week. But who knows with our current squad?

We are totally out of form for like 2 months straight now. We have to up our game regardless of this result, because this is unwatchable. I just wonder why hw choose to bench Thuram, he could really create a Nice duo with Douglas, as they seem to complement each other skillwise.
We should also stop with this Loca dropping as CB bullshit, he maybe win some ground duels, but he sucks so much in the air, that we are too vulnerable.

Reading this i’m thinking that our best chance for the second leg is probably moving McKennie to LB and starting both Thuram and Douglas Luiz in midfield together(along with o e of Locatelli or Koop i assume), guess would make the most sense.

The best chance would actually be recovering Kalulu and moving Veiga to LB, but I'm not sure if Kalulu could be fir already. Trabsfermarkt says he should recover on 17.02
