Our 352 just isn't lethal enough in attack. We have a CDM playign LWB and a RB playing RWB when we have a natual winger RWB on the bench.

Makes no sense.

If we insist on keeping Licht then play a 433 and start: Giovinco-Matri-Isla in attack.

I usually don't agree with you, but you are spot on, i always hated the 3-5-2 but since it's bringing results i wasn't complaining, but why so stubborn with this shitty formation when we have good players that would do better in a 4-3-3 or even a 4-2-3-1.
