And we always used to think: Juve will do it in Torino.

Well I'll tell u what will happen in Torino, the game starts, Chelsea get a quick goal.

Bye Juventus, we need 3 goals and we do not manage to score one.

History repeats itself if I'm not mistaken...

Anyone who is proud of that performance needs a reality check as they seem to tolerate mediocrity.
Agreed.

For this side to make any sort of impact in Europe then the likes of molinaro, legrottaglie, marchionni, sissoko
But you lose credibility here with that statement. Sissoko is top notch defensively but he needs another system where he isn't always left stranded in the middle with the ball, as well as someone who can take the ball from him and play it.

I wonder how long camo is going to be out? Rest of season? Month? Weekend?? I really can't handle marchionni anymore...for the love of god at least let gio try his luck on the right instead of marco...

We better come out guns blazing in the second leg. No more of this fucking bullshit that takes us forever to wake up and get our heads in the game. I'm over these slow ass start to games.

For this side to make any sort of impact in Europe then the likes of molinaro, legrottaglie, marchionni, sissoko etc have to be dropped in favor of quality. I am sorry but I had to dissect this side in my write up as they were piss poorhttp://www.footballclubsblog.com/2009/02/26/the-premiership-supremacy.html

You have to give it to our supporters at Stamford Bridge today. 6000 Juve fans dominated the Chelsea stadium from the start to the end. :touched:
Yeah that was something, its personally the first time ive ever seen our fans making there presence known on english soil.. but then they were up against chelsea whose fans aint exactly a total bunch of yobs.

I'm not sure what match people saw here. Chelsea could have easily had three goals from those other Drogba and Anelka efforts. We only had two good chances.
So what was the difference between Anelka's shot and Nedved's last second shot?
What was the difference between Drogba's header and Trezeguet's chance?
What was the difference between Drogba's chance at 0:0 on one side and on the other side: Del Piero's shot, Amauri's missplaced header, Marchionni's shot?

The only difference was the goal. But if you think that 3:0 was a fair result then so be it.

The fair result is what the result was tallied as: 1-0. But to actually claim we played well for one of the better sides in the Champions League is a farce.

I think we have a mental block at this stage about playing English teams. Especially in England. We started poorly today, early goal. Reminiscent of that game vs Man Utd in the Delle Alpi a few years ago when Giggs scored early.
Yes, its not only us I think a lot of clubs struggle to capture or put up with the pace and stadium of english clubs, the fact that you got the fans right infront of your face can be a lil hostile.

Who mentioned Ranieri amongst any of those who thought Juve were good enough?
Whose team is this? If it was Capello in charge I can imagine how the reaction would have been here, I have seen much much better matches from Capello, but no one showed these satisfaction or the support Ranieri is getting endlessly.

When you praise this performance and do not criticize anything, then that means your praise includes Ranieri aswell.

Although we are dealing with professionals and a lot of them veterans here, you do have a point. It is obvious this is a factor.
