still not watching anything organized by uefa, so i might be completely wrong. just checked the lineups of the newcastle psg match and i think that this psg team is pretty mediocre. mbappe is obviously head and shoulders above the rest, hakimi could be a cool wingback (not sure about rb though), dembele can outrun anyone on his day. donnarumma has a controversial rep lately, on his day he's like dembele, i mean he can be decisive. and there's the rest which is as mediocre as it gets for a team aiming to win in europe.

When did Celtic sign half of the nation of Japan?
They have a history for Japanese players like Nakamura, but Ange will have brought a fair few of them over given his time in Japan before managing celtic

Newcastle's biggest CL victory goes to show what a small time club they are

funny to observe that the dybala thread gets bumped every time he does his job and scores. there are/were also tuzzers with strong de ligt, coman or kulu (wtf) nostalgia. but morata is still pretty underrated around tuz. not sure about the exact numbers, he must have scored already like ~8 goals in ~9 matches for a jihadist team plus 3 goals in as many matches for spain this season.

yeah he's moody, still an excellent striker :boh:
Morata  Happy he’s finally having a season like this after all the promise early in his career

We signed 4 japanese players during Ange's first season.

Kyogo Furuhashi, Reo Hatate, Daezen Maeda and somebody Ideguchi, who never played much at all.

Kyogo and Hatate are excellent. Maeda is limited but extremely useful due to his genuinely astonishing pace and workrate.

We didn't deserve to lose tonight. Probably didn't do enough for the win, but we should have. Classic gut punch of frustration and disappointment that comes with being a Celtic fan

Is it just me or is this just football these days? The players just aren't as good as before, nevernind how none of them are that exciting to watch
