I was shouting so much at Coman in this game. He has games where he's brilliant but when he's playing games like tonight he can be so fucking frustrating.

Sane too for that matter. i was dissapointed from our wingers, they should've been able to do more.

With the exception of Real, historically it's expected that the defending CL to go out at some point. It's how competitive CL is.
It is competitive indeed, but once again it was proven that luck plays a huge role. Bayern would have probably won this with Lewa+at least one of the ones missing, and won the whole thing. But 2 or 3 weeks with injuries at the wrong time and you're probably out.

Paris were missing players too.
It’s pretty embarrassing that Bayern is toothless without lewi. Brazzo is even worser than tici

My main take from watching this game is that we have a long way to go to compete on that level. Both teams packed with class. Great game
Also the notion that some top coach will come here and immediately make us some sort of contender is laughable.
It will take a few years, maybe even more depending on the coaching and recruitment decisions to even get to this level.

If they played anyone else beside us in 2017 they aint re-winning either :D
They would, Real don't lose CL finals, you can just look at the history:

1998, 2000, 2002, 2014, 2016, 2017 and 2018. 7 finals and 7 wins.

Even when they're under pressure are they still finding a way to grind out the win. 2014, 2016 and 2018 is perfect examples of this.

Did you find the winners medal of Kahn in 2002? I'm still wondering.

And how come such a poor goalie like Neuer could play such an excellent match tonight? :baus:

Well when the alternative is Choupo-Moting then it says it all - with all due respect to him, he scored 2 goals. But he's just lacking a lot in quality overall.

Another thing is Bayerns offensive style is so based on Lewa, the link up play, quick passes to Müller and back, and the ability to find space to run into.

It was good times in 2013 when we had Gomez, Mandzukic and Pizarro to chose from. Semifinal against Barca in 2013, Mandzukic suspended. No problem, we just start Gomez and let him be substituted for Pizarro.

How I wish. :)

Agree. Sometimes a team got luck added to their top form and wins that year. One year later, the luck is gone and they go home. So many things could change the outcome of a CL K.O. match.

The current PSG and Chelsea coach had been available lol but we stuck with the mighty Pirlo!
