We at least tried to win and pushed on till bitter end. Atalanta just rolled over.

Italian teams as a collective have been consistently garbage in CL. It's not just those years.

Just 3 semi-final appearances in like 10 years is beyond pathetic.

This is beyond embarrassing. It won't be pretty reading when we compare this to other top 4 leagues' QF/SF appearances in the same timeframe.

Serie A might score more than ever, but it's still slow as fuck; players have twice as much time there than in Europe, where you dont have a second to think and have to improvise on the spot or rely on automated moves.
