I'd also put Juve infront as you been totally dominant in Serie A in the past decade where as Atletico hasn't.

With that said, Atletico reached two CL finals as well and won two Europa Leagues. So if we speak for Europe only are they a notch infront imo, but overall did Juve just dominate much more in terms of overall trophies won.
