A reunion with the Rudi Garcia, who would have thought. I didnt realize Lyon are in such a mess, injured forwards to the ultras having a feud with the player. Would be perfect timing if we meet them next week but in hindsight come February anything can happen. Lyon could hit form with Terrier or whoever else they have and the fact they came out of nowhere to draw against Leipzig shows they are a team with resilience. We, of course have our own worries, and our win at home to Udinese shouldnt mask that, we just need to be consistent in our performance. Great draw on paper, but regardless of who we meet, its now all done to us. Lets show no mercy and do this.

Union got an easy club bruge, Inter got an even easier Ludogrets. Maybe theyll meet later.

Seems like a perfect draw - City battle Real and Barcelona face Napoli while we face an easy task (at least on paper)..
City vs Real - City`s bluff will be revealed or Real the luckiest team ever in CL history will be eliminated...
Barca vs Napoli - Either we see Napoli out (95%) or Napoli pull an upset on Barcelona who are way from being impressive this season (IMO)

Porto and Monaco back then.
Closest was Porto in 2017.
Those were the days when favourable draws elicited over confidence in is and you never really knew what there outcome would be.

Last season when we had Ajax and Tottenham to reach the final
Ajax last year was the kind of team we had no answer to and Tottenham would have been a tough one.

I am one of them that threw this season out of the window when we got Sarri so any results is a bonus.

Very decent draw for us.

Great to see Real and City so early, one of them will fuck off.

I really hope that Atletico can kick Liverpool out but I don't see it happening.

The rest of the encounters I don't really care about.

If we can't beat them we simply don't deserve to be considered one of the elite and a CL contender. This is the best draw we had in ages and we have twice the talent in our squad.

I know we should always show respect to our adversaries but we should also run them over with a truck when the opportunity arises. I just hope we don't pick up more injuries.

That Cuadrado goal when we were down to 10 and Buffon saved numerous shots including a Lacazette penalty.

The funny thing about City-Real tie is that one of Zidane and Pep will be sacked after that tie. So if we get to sack Sarri we'll have his replacement ready.

Agreed, in the group stages we met similar level teams, we didnt run them over a truck, infact i cant think of we've capitulated that badly, we've done the job and i expect us to do the same again tothe very least. Onwards and Upwards!

It's ok. @GordoDeCentral is nice trying to maintain a little uncertainty but there won't be, it's a match sponsored by Pornhub, cold sweats just thinking about the duel tousart vs dybala and Ronaldo vs Marcelo.
Frankly the only interest of the match is bernardeschi, finally see his talent irl:green:
    Will Marcelo be around?

I and probably a lot of us dont know enough about Lyon, can you kindly give us a low down on your team?

What style of football do Lyon play, including formation?
    What are their strengths?
    What are their weakness?
Which players do you think we should look out for?
Whats going on between your ultras and team?
Who is expected to miss the tie and who is expected to deputise instead?

    Much appreciated.

Juventus’ €80m is the highest Champions League 2019/20 revenue to date in Italy, due to earning the most prize money, having the best UEFA coefficient and highest TV pool. There is a big gap to Napoli €59m, Inter €41m and Atalanta €40m.(Swiss Ramble)

    - - - Updated - - -

seven clubs have already earned more than €75m from the 2019/20 Champions League. Bayern Munich lead the way with €82m, followed by Barcelona €81m, Juventus €80m, MCFC €78m, LFC €76m, Paris Saint-German €75m and Real Madrid €75m.

SPAL - Juventus before Lyon - Juventus and Juventus - Inter the weekend after

Juventus - Lecce before Juventus - Lyon and Genoa - Juventus the weekend after

So easier match before going to the CL and fucking annoying right after on both occasions.
