i once drank some elixir, it was supposed to clean my heart while getting me into rage mode at the same time. this effect would boost my strength by 50x apparently and i could realize the legend. i was sick for 5 days
This story is very similar to the time when Juve thought they could win the CL by buying Higuain, but got trashed 4-1 ::lol3::

Klopp, lol. @DAiDEViL
He's such a Prolet.

No wonder he fits in so well at clubs like Dortmund or Liverpool.

Seriously don't get people who dislike Klopp :D

Such a positive carefree character.

yeah and for those who criticize him for losing 6 finals, to be fair to him, he was a pretty heavy under dog in 4 out of the 6. Mourinho has this great winning percentage in finals largely because he's usually the favourite. The only time he led an underdog to victory in a final was probably Merda

City will probably have a season close to what happened this year. Dominate PL big time, win it, then Pep makes them look shit in the CL because he is too stubborn to make the small changes that would make life 10x times easier for him.
Pep will make them look shit in the CL?

How many managers do you know that are better than him in the CL, specifically that have a better record?

Unless you only consider two or three managers to be successful and the rest shit, in which case you have unrealistically high standards for success.

Going out to Liverpool and Monaco with that budget and spending 400M in 2 seasons is indeed pathetic. He had prime Xavi, Iniesta, Messi (amongst others) and went 2/4. He inherited a treble Bayern side and never went further than semifinals

But you can do that with almost any manager in the history of the CL whose managed for 6-7 years or more. Fact is, whatever the team you have, you just don't win the CL every season.

Give me a manager's name and I'll make the very same argument you made up there and make him look bad, no exceptions.

Small sample size :p

That's why I said up there for 6-7 seasons at least, to eliminate the problem of small sample size :p
Yeah, but on a serious note it applies to Guardiola as well, the only team he ever coached that was tough and played great footie against the strongest teams was Barca, at Bayern and City he has had some embarrassing moments in CL. If we're talking next season, I'm not sure City will be among CL favorites, it seems to me that they just don't have the spine for it.

Zidane showed him how you win when having the best team. Problem is, you can't do that with any manager. Not every manager had the chance to coach the clear cut best team in the world for multiple consecutive seasons. Zidane did and won 3 in a row. Pep did, and won 2/4
