Let Pep in charge of Spartak Moscow for a season or two and we won't see any pleasent or succesfull footbal, even tho he clearly leaves his effective style on his teams, they also are always prone to errors in defence and that can cost you more often than not... he is a great coach by all means but is not like he coached or is currently coaching a bunch of mediocre players, he always been in charge of world class players and extremely technically gifted teams that lets admit it weren't really that hard to be succesfull with whyle keeping possesion.
