It looks like a dislocated shoulder (I dislocated mine the exact same way).

He'll be out for at least 3 weeks and even when he's back, he won't be 100%. His world cup is basically over.

I dislocated mine before too. it takes about a month yeah. I am worried its also a broken or fractured arm.
