We have a chance, Barca is not as strong as they used to be in their peak. So imo it's 60-40 in their favour.

But it wouldn't be shocking to see us lose 3-0 quite easily.

I'd pick to play against Barca rather than to face Bayern, though. But if we go through we're winning the whole thing.
