looking at this its better to be 1st but if you take the level as a whole Real Bayern City and PSG vs Barcelona Dortmund Atl Madrid - If you take this list Put Barcelona and Atl aside it seems we could actually have nicer games against 1st ranked teams
PSG not their usual selves but they have Verratti Cavani Di Maria some very good players, City have their own share of great players Bayern- The real Bayern are a force while Real are the champions of europe after all... Barcelona are scary and Dortmund play some good football

Bayern seem a bit off to me but they will be back IMO
