Best draws for Juve and Napoli
Juve: Porto/Sevilla Club Brugges and Legia Warszawa
Napoli: Leicester Club Brugges and Legia Warszawa

Napoli could end up with a potentially weaker group since Leicester dont have Kante to hold their midfield and are obviously a big bluff!

Pot 1

Real Madrid (ESP, holders), Barcelona (ESP), Leicester City (ENG), Bayern München (GER), Juventus (ITA), Benfica (POR), Paris Saint-Germain (FRA), CSKA Moskva (RUS)

Pot 2

Atletico Madrid (ESP), Borussia Dortmund (GER), Arsenal (ENG), Sevilla (ESP), Porto (POR), Napoli (ITA), Bayer Leverkusen (GER)

Pot 3

Tottenham Hotspur (ENG), Dynamo Kyiv (UKR), Lyon (FRA), PSV Eindhoven (NED), Sporting CP (POR), Club Brugge (BEL)

Pot 4

Monaco (FRA), Beşiktaş (TUR), Legia Warszawa (POL), Ludogorets Razgrad (BUL)

The first €50m is divided thusly: €27.5m to Juventus and €22.5m to Napoli (55 per cent to 45 per cent).

The second €50m will depend on how many games they each take part in during the course of the Champions League. (Football Italia)

So actually its 27.5M and this is just the instant money - Since we are likely to proceed further while Napoli will probably crash out in the group stage I guess the other 50M will be split 35-15 at the very least...
so its around the 60M mark...
Lets get Verratti :D
:beppe: right now

They've virtually always delivered in Europe whenever they qualified during the last decade. Roma has consistently made a complete fool out of theirselves, Napoli can do alright in the Europa League.

There is literally zero human connection between that successful Milan and the current one.
Unless you believe in some supernatural DNA shit, nothing says Milan will be good in Europe if they somehow qualify.

It's not supernatural, just their mentality is different when they participate in the CL than clubs like Roma or Napoli. They have 7 CLs ffs, ofc they'd fare better than Napoli or Roma on 99% of occasions. Milan team was utter shit several years ago, lost half of their squad over the summer, were midtable in Italy and they still progressed to 2nd round of the CL.

Is this just the market pool? Bonuses for further qualification not included?

Roma had it all to lose and as usual they lost it, pathetic club with a weak mentality. When you consider that De Rossi is one of their pillars it says it all, the guy is over 30 and still can't control himself.

This is very embarrassing for Serie A.

Anyone who is happy with Roma's result is either dumb or doesn't know how this is affecting Serie A, the league I am sure all of you here love the most.

I have no love for the league since calciopoli, I would rather see us win 10 cl straight while being in serie d than winning 10 scudetti with 0 cl.

Nothing is for certain but they do seem to do well even when they seem to have a bad season!
2003 they werent nearly as good as the really top teams yet they won it by 2 various factors - winning mentality and sheer luck!
If you look at the history we are the most successful club in Italy but Milan do have more CL cups than we do...

The second red was a little harsh.
Nope the ref was spot on! definite red on both occasions! They both could have ended the players career

Actually Roma going far in EL is better than Roma exiting in the CL group stage! Its all about coefficient points!
