UEFA logic: 2 huge derbies, give Leicester the best chances of progressing and put Atletico against Juve, so the other matches don't get too pragmatic. They know Barca isn't good enough to win it all and I doubt they want this Real winning it for the 3rd time in 4 years, so no easy draw for them.

except for two years ago when we got a collapsed Dortmund and Monaco that wasnt rigged. If Barca or Madrid get an easy path then its definitely rigged.

I can't possibly know about now, but I believe they have been rigged in the past and might as well be rigged now. The draw has been suspiciously consistent with the pairings, which combined with the temperature balls rumors and the corrupt nature of FIFA and UEFA in the past decade is enough for me to believe it has probably been rigged, maybe not every season for every pairing but probably in individual cases.

f.e. in the quarters there always is a piss-poor duel for CL standards, even if there are 3 weak teams and 5 strong ones, for some reason 2 of the 3 weak ones will play against each other, in 1/8 finals Arsenal suspiciously often get Barca/Bayern
