Actually, I agree. With how Putin's handling things and heading the FSB as well as passed a bill in 06 which practically grants the fsb an international license to kill anyone suspected of treachery with no trials or proof, "... where international law fails, we abide by the law of mother russia" ; - not including the fact that he has shut down hundreds of NGOs too.

I haven't heard about 80 tanks destroyed (actually I doubt 80 tanks probably more like 20) but I have heard about the Russian fighters. Moreover, I also doubt the huge casualties you're talking about, because they have by far the superior army. And even if they did have so many deaths, they could easily send in more troops within a day.
