That's true, fullbacks and left winger should be priority but Tevez is a player that you don't want to miss and should never turn down a chance to sign him. With Tevez you got an AMF/SS/CF sorted, he can play in numerous attacking positions.
Because he's better than Aguero. Tevez is one of the best strikers in the world, a big game player, someone who can carry the team and have shown in the past that he's a vital player. In his first season at United he outshone Wayne Rooney, and last season he almost carried City to the big 4 on his own, and could've done much better if City had a better manager than Mancini.
