Man City on brink of selling Tevez to Anzhi

Manchester City are on the brink of selling Carlos Tevez to Anzhi.

talkSPORT reports City have now agreed a deal to sell Tevez to mega-rich Russian side Anzhi, who are understood to have met the Premier League leaders' asking price for the 27-year-old.

The news comes just Tevez was been included in City's revised 25-man Premier League squad, raising the possibility he could play for the club again.

He actually said that he wanted to play but is happy playing testimonials and golf for now. City have fined him £10m already, with more on the way. I guess he'll take that Anzhi offer.

I'd never trust anything Talksport says.

Just watched Stargate... never knew Tevez was a child actor!!!!!

He's so talented.

Anyways... an article appears linking him with Juve.

http://www.givemefootball.com/premier-league/juve-have-funds-to-get-suarez-tevez-or-van-persie

Juventus manager Antonio Conte will reportedly be handed transfer funds to capture one marquee name this summer - and he has outlined Luis Suarez, Carlos Tevez and Robin van Persie as targets.

The Biaconeri remain on course to claim a first legitimate Scudetto in nine years and Conte will be allowed to bolster his title winning side at the end of the season.

According to The Mirror, the Juve boss will be handed £35 million by the club's hierarchy, and has Suarez, Tevez and Van Persie in his sights, as well as Real Madrid striker Gonzalo Higuian.

While Liverpool are unlikely to entertain the idea of allowing Suarez to leave Anfield, Juve may find more joy if they approach Manchester City or Arsenal regarding Tevez and Van Persie, respectively.

Tevez's problems at the Etihad Stadium have been well-documented and, although he has seemingly pledged his future to City, it would come as no great surprise if he left Manchester at the end of the season.

Van Persie, meanwhile, is out of contract next summer, and the Arsenal captain has yet to give a clear indication that he will stay at the Emirates Stadium beyond the terms of his current deal.

Speculation will continue to mount until the Holland striker pens a new contract and, should he decide against doing so, Turin would appear to be a possible destination.

It is also claimed that Juve are interested in Chelsea striker Didier Drogba who, as it stands, will leave Stamford Bridge this summer on a free transfer.

Call me crazy but I think we will get Van Persie or Cavani
Cavani looks like a Juventino while I remember Wenger saying Van Persie Juve or staying?! He`ll decide!

The Mirror? As in the UK's Mirror Newspaper? If that's the case, don't worry. 80% of their stuff is utter bulltripe. Also, 1) He's not worthy. 2) He's an unwelcome distraction.

Cavani? Superb talent on his game, but can be prone to missing sitters. I like the thought of Higuain or van Persie. Possibly Benzema?
