when will people realise that while you can appreciate Tevez talents his less than spotless history and current histrionics make him a gamble that is not worth taking? this Juve team is based on the collective team effort,NO MAN is bigger than this Juve team,i am not sure Tevez would be the ideal addition to our dressing room.

this does not make me a hater, just a realist

I think it's a gamble well worth taking.

this Juve team is based on the collective team effort,NO MAN is bigger than this Juve team,i am not sure Tevez would be the ideal addition to our dressing room.
On the pitch Tevez has never given less than 100%. That much is obvious. The guy's work ethic has never been in question and would suit us well, I think, what with the high-energy style. Also, as has been mentioned ad nauseam, he's a game changer. He has it within him to actually raise the rest of the team when it's sluggish or go out and earn points all by his lonesome. We're in dire need of this sort of player.

That's on the pitch.

The dressing room? As much as some may liken the team locker to a delicate chemistry equation, it's not really that fragile and dainty. These are all adults and professional athletes. Hypothetically, say Tevez was to complain about his wage packet or whatever, do you really think that's going to destabilize twenty other men? Will they all get scared, nervous or distracted to the point of not being able to function? No (see Cassano, another supposed cancer).

Conte seems to have the makings of a great leader, there are veterans and a seemingly well-established seniority and/or hierarchy. City, for instance, didn't have this. They had a limp-wristed Mancini in charge of the biggest throng of mercenaries assembled in a long time. It always struck me as the sort of place people went to for the cheque but never really gave a fuck about hence not minding to show less than absolute respect. Professionalism? That's out the window in a circus. Juventus, as clumsily as it's been handled lately, has never been like that.

Well, as a realist, it's about risk-v-reward, yeah?

Stumping up the 25m not only gets you a world class player, but deprives our direct rival of his services at the same time. The last thing we need is those imbeciles galvanizing their scudetto bid with Tevez.

Thats the problem with Tevez if it were not for it I guess half of europe would be bidding for him already
What I know is we need a strong player like Tevez to bolster our attack and if we get someone like him we will improve greatly I`ll even go and say we wouldn`t be that far from Milan`s level
Thats the problem there arent much of those players
There`s Drogba who is very dangerous but also old and can only play as the target striker
Hamsik is also a player I`d like to see here altough he is a different kind of player

As for the strong ones I can only think of Drogba but I`m not sure about signing an old player
Its a nice 1 season solution but it could also make some problems with Matri

he seems well liked by west ham fans since well he single handedly saved them from relegation.

both United and city thought his class was worth it.

his play style would suit us very well.

Jesus Christ. Tevez is not the asshole everybody thinks he is. I'm sure people who actually know about this guy (like Deneb) will agree with me. You have to be a retarded wanker not to want him here.

I'd love Tevez here, but as I've said before I'm neutral about his arrival. Won't mind if we don't go for him but it's be nice if we did.

Since when wishful thinking is enough to justify such a thread?
There never was a serious report for a bid from our side and Tevez is almost a Milan player.
In the last weeks, there was absolutely no report for a move on him.

On the other half, there are daily reports of our interest on Boriello, with sites like goal.com reporting it among others.
http://www.goal.com/en/news/10/ital...-in-on-marco-borriello-and-martin-caceres-for

I want a mod to justify why is the Boriello thread closed and this one is still open??
