But @Pirlo's Beard. Tevez is still the player in our team with the most goals and the most assists. I really don't see any reason for slagging him, even though he hasn't scored for a few games.

He's still contributing massively to the team, and yes, great workrate is some of what he offers.

No doubt he's doing well for us in the league, but he's not World Class and if he refuses to play in a different role that allows us to be more flexible then he can go. Also, he's a major flop in the CL. And I assume none of us here are happy with group stage exits on a regular basis.

It's not set in stone that he can't cut it in the CL. He obviously has the ability to do very well there. It hasn't gone well for him in that tournament for quite awhile now, but I'm confident he can turn that around next season.

Dude, he hasn't scored in 3 (three) FULL MATCHES. Tévez is a joke.
No goals in over 1800min in cl, pathetic
Really don't know why you think I'm trolling, serie a isn't what it used to be, this is the weakest it's been in years. He is not the decisive player we need, padoin works hard as well, I guess he should be given a starting spot too

His finishing is a bit of a let down.

I think he might do better as a 4-3-3 winger even though he might be reluctant to take on that role. He looks most comfortable when he drifts to the left and looks to cut inside for a shot. He also has more space.

He's pretty good still in tight, packed areas but I still think at times he looks to hold the ball too much in the centre and take on too many men. He's sort of a jittery player, I find him suffocating Llorente at times, being too eager to pinch the ball from him when he's trying to bring it down, sitting on top of him a bit when we have possession in the final third.

I still think he's a fantastic player as a SS and worth of automatic inclusion relative to our alternatives but I don't think pushing him out wide will completely nullify his talent and perhaps could help him. It could be something worth experimenting with down the stretch if we have Serie A wrapped up or perhaps in the 2nd leg of an EL tie that we've secured in the 1st game already.

Yeah his finishing is pretty poor at times, but the thing that's annoying me the most is his dribbling. He keeps running at the opposition and failing miserably. Llorente's genuinely better at taking his man on. Tevez is too selfish at times and he's getting in Llorentes way

I'd prefer him in a free role on the left, and when we're defending he can slot in to the left mid role.

If he refuses to play in a different role then yes it is his fault.

My fixation with him? I've said numerous times i'm happy that he came here. He's been more than useful in the league. But he's not going to take us further in Europe, so no i'm not going to fap over him because he scores against Sassuolo.

He sucks imo, can be a great player for a midtable team that doesn't play a cohesive style of football but for us he is hard to watch.

The key here, is not to engage in a football discussion with that fucking moron. He was voted 2013's worst poster on here (a fiercely contested trophy) for a reason.
