Who the fuck knows what motivates these guys tbh. Maybe he wants to buy mansions for all his family members. Maybe he burns 6 million dollars a year. Professional athletes can be crazy.

But still, it's a difference of 32 million. Of course anyone should be able to live rich on 8 million a year. But when the offer's there and you refuse, you're basically throwing away 32 million. That's hard to do for anyone.
