Tevez Move On, Terms Agreed, But...
Carlos Tevez's agent, Kia Joorabchain, who also holds the player's commercial rights, has insisted that the forward's move to Manchester United is on.

However, doubts persist over who really is in charge here, with Eggert Magnusson insisting the player is West Ham's to sell, loan, or keep.

It all started with talks of a 20 million pound permanent transfer to Manchester United on Thursday morning.

Since the news broke there have been concerns over the possible scrutiny of transfer documents, in particular, of whom the money would go to.

That quickly resulted in a loan deal being bandied about.

By Friday morning, Tevez himself had given his voice to the reports, as the saga picked up wind. A deal seemed to be a matter of time!

However, there was to be another twist in the tale, with West Ham owner Eggert Magnusson insisting that any move to Manchester United would have to be santioned by the Hammers.

Tevez's agent, Kia Joorabchain, has quickly reponded to the comment, insisting that the move is giong through, and interestingly, with the permission of West Ham.

"The circumstances surrounding Carlos Tevez's relationship with West Ham have been well documented in the media and footballing world," Joorabchian's lawyers said through a statement.

"We confirm that Carlos Tevez has, with the knowledge and permission of West Ham United Football Club, been in discussions with other clubs.

"Subsequently, personal terms have now been agreed with Manchester United Football Club.

"Carlos Tevez's representatives will work during the course of next week so that a move to Manchester United can be finalised as quickly as possible.

"The process for finalising the player's registration with Manchester United will be undertaken in accordance with appropriate procedures."

It remains unclear who controls the player's registration, with West Ham keen to establish that they are in charge. However, it looks increasingly like they have precious little in their hands.

The Premier League will study the documents carefully to find out just what kind of a deal is struck, and both West Ham and Joorabchain will have to come clean on for Manchester United to go ahead.

The Red Devils will know that unless they get it completely right, it could be the Premiership title race that could be in jeopardy next season.

A loan move, similar to Mascherano's to Liverpool, seems to be relatively clean and risk free, given that no transfer money will be involved. Manchester United will have him on their rolls for two years, irrespective of the muddle surrounding his registration.

However, that requires to be struck between the two clubs, with Joorabchain quietly in the background. That, in turn, means that Eggert Magnusson needs to happily give his consent.

Magnusson, however, wants the player to report for pre-season training! He has Tevez on his rolls until 2010, and is confident that only he can change that!

West Ham are trying to fuck up the deal at the last minute, saying they haven't agreed to sell him.
but its not up to west ham though, just like it wasnt down to corinthians, if man utd want him outright kia will want a substantial ammount as will west ham if theres any chance of this deal going through permanently with the fa's approval

this is situation is just pure ugly imo, this guy is trafficking those two players around and hes getting all the gains. The situation with liverpool and Manu is the exact situation with Corinthians. They were there on loan and then they were transferred by that company and the club got squat from the deal with West ham.

I dont know what the premiership are doing about this, cuz it just stinks.
