I still think it's Deschamps. As Zlatan pointed out, if not DD, then why hasn't the coach already been announced? The only reason we don't know who will be coaching us as of next season is that Didier requested no announcements be made until the conclusion of the Champions' League.
Exactly. So expect to hear Didier named new coach tomorow, possibly.

The technician of the Rome has come to an agreement itself for a triennial one with engages annual that would have to be gone around around to three the million euro. TURIN, 27 May 2004 - Clamorous:
Fabio Hat <-- :D is the new trainer of the Juventus . The news arrives in late evening and is one bomb. After the voices on Prandelli, nearly the sure Deschamps, gains Don Fabio. The technician of the Rome leaves the Understood one them and leaves of the wage: he has come to an agreement himself for a triennial one with I engage annual that would have to be gone around around to three the million euro. But the choice of Don Fabio appears above all of sport type: of forehead to the fatal reorganization of the Rome, that is of the square whom it has as soon as ferried in Champions League. For he draft of one new, fascinating bet. A return of those important: in the Juve Hat player it has gained 3 badges in six years. Tramonta therefore definitively the Deschamps hypothesis, that Cesar Prandelli in the race to the park bench of dimissionario Lippi had scavalcato and that only little hours ago he seemed to a step from the company: the technician of the defeated Monaco Wednesday evening from the Port in the end of Champions League, yesterday was appeared titubante: "Fate the things too much facili" he has said to the Italian journalists in the afternoon. In evening the carried out one. It will be Fabio Hat after-Lippi to Turin. The technician giallorosso represents a strong investment and offers absolute guarantees in as far as manageriali abilities not only technical but also.

Better translation:

The technician of the Rome is reconciled itself for a three-year one with an annual hiring that should go around around three millions of euro.

TURIN, 27 May 2004 - Sensational: Fabio Hair is the new allenatore of the Juventus. The news arrives in slow evening and is a bomb. After the shouting on Prandelli, the almost secure Deschamps, wins Don Fabio. The technician of the Rome leaves the Capital and part of the salary: is reconciled itself for a three-year one with an annual hiring that should go around around three millions of euro. But the choice of Don Fabio appears of sporty type above all: facing the fatal reorganization of the Rome, that is to say of the squad that just ferried in Champions League. For him it is discussed of a news, charming bet. A return of those mattering: in the gambler Hair Juve won 3 badges in you are years.
It sets so definitive l’ipotesi Deschamps, that Cesare had climbed Prandelli in the race to the bench of outgoing Lippi and that alone little hours does seemed at a step from the signature: the technician of the Monk defeated wednesday evening from the Port in the final version of Champions League, yesterday was appeared undecided: "Fairies the things too easy" said the Italian journalists in the afternoon. In evening the turn. It will be Fabio Hair the after-Lippi to Turin. The technical giallorosso represents a strong investment and offers absolute guarantees in as for capacity not only technologies but also managerial.

It all makes sense now, IMO. Prandelli and DD have some level of success under their belts, and they both have a Juve history as players, but they are both a bit too young and inexperienced to handle a team like La Signora. DD would also have too many issues with former teammates now reporting to the coach.

Capello is a real genius stroke, IMO. As much as I've had disdain for Roma, I've always thought of him as a real class act capable of great things. He's been able to bring out the best in players like Cassano (to where even Lippi was impressed). And he has a championship track record worthy of a Juve coach. And he's also far more fashionable than DD or Prandelli. ;) (Gotta know Agnelli history to recognize that one...)

If this is true, I have to give Moggi and crew some real credit on this one. Maybe they're not brain dead afterall. :undecide:
