He looks like their manager
Well… he will likely be doing something close to what an assistant coach would do anyway, their manager and board pretty much said it themselves that they need him as much in the dressing room and off the pitch as they do on it, wanting the team to learn from his experience, serenity and humbleness.
I really like the hype that they built around him, pretty much all the press there along with LAFC representatives stating that he is the biggest star defender they ever had in MLS(this while all of them aknowledging that Nesta played there too) and how convinced they are of how much he can bring to the league and the team… and frankly speaking he will sure tear strikers there a new one when he starts man marking them out of the games, however remains to be seen how much continuity he will get to have or if the injuries will get the better of him, either way i think he will enjoy his experience there.
