Cáceres is great and deserves playing time, and if it's not as a RWB then it must be as CB. He did great in Chiello's absence. And he will do great again
He has only made 16 appearances for us this season (11 starter, 5 subs), I'd be glad if he could reach 20 at least.

Chiellini, as said, needs to take time to heal himself.

And if someone really thinks another CB is necessary, there are another options in the market. Cheaper options.
