I think he's got to work on many things in he's game (confidence, flexibility....) He's great in certain areas and pretty poor in other areas.

He reminds me a bit of Rio ferdinand. Had a really average (below average at times) start in he's career but he had some qualities. Worked on he's weaknesses and became a better player.

He should seriously learn how to keep ball possession when needed and learn how to pass instead of tackling and clearing the ball in a horrible way.

Totally agreed with the views here, he is still very immature and that shows how bad we are at the moment as he is our best defender. The biggest highlight of learning he needs was in the 2nd goal i think where he foolishly ran behind Cannavaro while leaving the man next to him exposed, simply amateurish.

The fact that both him and Canna have the same defending style does not help but we will need them to work it out for next season or we're going no where.

Lets just hope they just didn't want to be there like the reports suggested and there is nothing to fear.
