Fabio Capello has chosen who to play alongside Emerson next season to improve the quality of a Juve side which has been average in the midfield department this year.

Cristian Ledesma has in fact convinced both Capello and Moggi of his abilities and will be one of the Bianconeri’s main transfer targets this summer.

In order to convince Lecce, the Juve transfer guru is expected to offer Appiah and money for the services of the 22-year-old player.

What's so special about Ladesma, can't they find someone better? I still think that Van Bommel is a wiser choice

We can't risk another season of having someone unproven alongside Emerson.

I'm not saying Ledesma isn't up to it (in fact I don't know much about him at all) but we need to get someone in who we know we can rely on, not pin all our hopes on this youngster...who may not be up to the job (like Appiah, Blasi etc)

    Is Ledesma italien?

Is he attacking or defensive? I think if we buy one for that position he should really help the team and make it stronger.

    we will see.
He's from Argentina but plays in Italy so the non-EU rule doesn't apply.

    He's a Pirlo type player.

Ledesma played this season very well and he could be hot prospect for the future

I also would like Pirlo but it's impossible:(

the best option is Pizarro, the lad is great. I would want him more than any other midfielder right now.. Bring him Moggi!!

Ledesma is a good young midfielder and certainly a better player than Blasi. Personally, though, I would rather go after Essien if at all possible.

I would settle for Ledesma though.
