Do you perhaps think that NOT everybody who left wanted to really leave? im talkin bout Zambrotta in particular, if I remember correctly, Zambo was still figuring out his future when Juventus told him that they agreed a fee with Barca for Him.

I think it was in Juve's financial interest to offload some players who's position was still covered (Chiellini).

Also, I think I recall that selling Zambo was also one of the ways Juve could get rid of Thuram. A package sale.

its a theory that doesnt have much weight unless you forget that rambo really wanted to go to milan. barca offered more and we threw in (teh desperate to leave) thuram into teh deal, everyone was happy, except rambo who had been eyeing a move to milan. he does not want to be in spain, he never truly wanted that move so is no wonder he want to "come home"

good point..but I think it was more like if Juve wanted to offload him he would rather go to Milan (which is ofcourse very painful to hear)

Anyhow I'll just take up mark83's advice :smoke:

I would too.

We shouldn't really be so angry with our "faithfully departed" :)cry:) as much as we should be with GUIDO ROSSI and MORATTI :(

Return of Canna and Zambro? I think ............. YES! I can forgive them.
I said a lot about Cannavaro's issue and I can see your point But Zambrotta, I don't know. He is our son and he left us in our greatest plight ever and then he wants to return to us after refusing to fight with the likes of Nedved, Buffon and Del Piero in Serie B. No, he is unwelcome.
