Huh? Just cos I don't agree with you I have to shut up? Whether DP is world class is subjective to each person. If you can't accept someone else's opinion, then that's sad as we're not in Iraq here.
I agree with Zizou that whether dp is world class is subjective to each person.

There's no point for u guys here to argue with him since million people around the world, which include presses, sport commentators, footballers, coaches, etc. always refer to dp as one of the world class players. he's also got many admirers whom i believe know how to watch football and realize the art of football.

Zizou is just a few, against millions, who think the other way, that's all.

NOT AT ALL....!!! - but if the right offer comes, why not then..?? I mean, nobody is above the club....

I think the only shirt that fit a player of his calibre, is the bianconeri-shirt....

Just found this thread. Ale has a pretty big fan base in Japan, my host sister thinks he's God's gift. (Often so do I, but she does more.)
Anyways, here's one of my fave DP pics, because of the Japanese (he is Aresandoro Deru Piero)

Hoshi you forgot to mention that Juventus is pronounced Juventosu.:D. But seriously, not all Japanese pronounce that way, people like me who have half of family members live in America have been enlightened.;).

I am too Lazy to translate the words in the pic. but it gives brief info. on Del Piero, and basically his talks about his good looks, and women fans.

ie,
:p, you haven't seen anything yet Blood. "Jinglish", way of our distortion on the meaning of English words, would be quite shocking for European and Americans.:D.

As for Del Piero, I may be few in Japan who can actually have the common sense that Del Piero may not finish his career in Juve, though hard to imagine it is.;). At the end of day, soccer is business, well for all pro-sports for that matter.

BTW, soccer is pronounced Sak-Ka rather than soc-ker.;)

It wouldnt hurt to see Ale ina different team, but not NOW. Wait till he's expired his contract from Juve. Maybe 5-6 years from now. As much as I praise the man, he should play his legs till they're tired for Juve. He loves the club so much and it would be unfair for him to leave. And I dont really think Juve would let such a man go.

But when he's in the downslope of his career, but still kicking some ass, then that's the time I'd like to see him in the premiership. He can continue kicking those sorry premiership defenses. No offense, but they just make me laugh with their defending.

But take note, I'd still be a Juve fan. But I'd also be a premiership fan as long as Ale moves there. He's admirable as a man to those who know him really well. (Thank God for the Internet).

And thats what some people dont understand about Ale. People love him not just because he is a good player and his emphatic moves that just works the crowd so well. Its how he has handled the many aspect of his life and his professional career.

Zizou, I do not criticize you for always bashing at Del Piero (may sound harsh, but people get the impression that you do bash him), but some people just have the space to admire how this man has risen back from all he has been through. And even to see flashes of brilliance from this man just makes us proud to be supporters. Glad that we have continued to support him. We feel justified.

Actually there is only one thing I meant in my post: Del Piero is a loser. Not that he hasn't won a thing or something but he never makes his team win in the final. Someone else will, Del Piero plays a brilliant tournament but someone else will make that final goal.

I would see him in any other team except Juventus. This guys is done. I hope Capello notices this and puts him in the bench. Is the only way that maybe DP recovers a little motivation cuz he lost that a loooong time ago.

Risen back from what? If its the injurie you are talkin about, many players has injuries, and that even raises the question, has he really bouned back?
NO!!!!!!!! I say let him fight for his spot. Juve you shouldn´t give charity nobody and nobody is bigger than the team.

A brilliant player should be brilliant all the time and not just show flashes of brilliance, not even in youth football this is allowed, so why should a team like Juve accept it? If Del piero wants to be treated like a key player he should be perform like one and not just talk aout it! And using the word World class is an insult to Nedved, who can always leave the pitch with his head held high.

Such wise words...

All Del Piero does latley is saying "I'm not 100% fit but I will be soon..." Always trying to save his ass. Other players had important injuries like Adriano,Inzaghi (yes even him) and so on but they recovered and gave their best. Del Piero is the only one that can never recover and always uses his injuries as an excuse of his poor performances...it's pretty pathetic if u ask me. I definitely agree with Kweku. Treat him like the other players take his captain hood and give it to Buffon or Zambrotta and maybe he will get back some motivation, and if he doesn't sell him.
