I could barely understand anything using google translate. I think it says that all the refs accused in calciopoli in the supposed "network" have been acquitted. venerdì 28 Dicembre 2012; lo Juventus Club di Pistoia ha organizzato presso la sala congressi dell'Hotel Villa Cappugi un incontro aperto al pubblico nel quale relazionavano, circa la vicenda Farsopoli, l'ex Direttore Generale della Juventus Luciano Moggi e l'Avvocato Paolo Gallinelli, difensore dell'ex arbitro Massimo De Santis.
A moderare l'incontro provvedeva il Presidente dello Juventus Club Pistoia; presenti in aula, fra gli altri, Riccardo Gambelli e l'ex guardalinee Ceniccola, oltre che il buon Vostro Franco Del Re coadiuvato dall'amico fraterno Sandro Rossano (Bronco 73), compagno di tante avventure bianconere, testimoni entrambi di pagine memorabili della storia juventina e particolarmente del periodo “triadiano”.
Andiamo con ordine: l'incontro era fissato per le ore 18:00; arriviamo con dieci minuti di anticipo; contattiamo i gentilissimi responsabili dello JC Pistoia ed in particolare il segretario, Alessio, al quale lasciamo copia delle quattro domande che vorremmo porre al Direttore.
Gli invitati giungono in aula con circa mezz'ora di ritardo e per questo si comincia subito: il Presidente fa le presentazioni di rito, nominando anche alcuni presenti fra il pubblico, ovvero quelli già citati in precedenza.
Prende la parola, ovviamente, Luciano Moggi che, introducendo l'Avvocato Gallinelli, lo ringrazia pubblicamente per aver pagato e scovato alcune importanti intercettazioni. Queste morti avrebbero scatenato la guerra di successione in famiglia Agnelli, che avrebbe portato a conclusioni barbare, come la decisione dell'Avvocato Zaccone di “patteggiare” la serie B con penalizzazione, scelta questa, che stava a sottintendere l'infedeltà degli impiegati della Juventus; scelta che Moggi definisce come un “passaggio sotto le forche caudine”.
Si prosegue con la ricostruzione a grandi linee di quella maledetta estate 2006, citando la sentenza Sandulli e facendo rilevare l'assurdità di una pena comminata in assenza di illeciti conclamati ed accompagnata dalla certificazione di regolarità di fatto del torneo oggetto di indagini.
Moggi prosegue citando la famosa “grigliata” al telefono col designatore Paolo Bergamo, nella quale il Direttore avrebbe voluto escludere De Santis, perchè gli "stava sulle scatole”, mentre agli atti del processo di Napoli se lo sarebbe visto accostare come “sodale della cupola moggiana”.
Cita anche il caso dell'allora Ministro dell'Interno Pisanu, che ritiene essere stato montato ad arte per dipingere Moggi come un uomo talmente potente da condizionare persino ministri della Repubblica e per dare sempre più sostanza alle accuse nei suoi confronti. In realtà, spiega il Direttore, i fatti andarono in maniera tutt'altro che tipicamente “cupolara”: erano i giorni in cui morì il Papa; Pisanu, che Moggi conosce bene perchè l'ex ministro è sposato con una signora di Monticiano, il paese natale del Direttore, lo contattò per avere un parere autorevole di un addetto ai lavori sul come comportarsi in tale situazione; Moggi suggerì di spostare la giornata di campionato al lunedì, perchè ormai tutte le squadre che avrebbero dovuto giocare quel turno in trasferta, erano già nelle rispettive città ospiti. Durante l'ascolto delle telefonate insabbiate dalla Procura di Napoli, il team ingaggiato da Moggi scoprì una telefonata rilevante di Galliani circa quegli avvenimenti; egli avrebbe allora contattato Costacurta e Meani riferendo loro: “quei figli di p**** di Moggi e di Capello vogliono posticipare di un giorno per la morte del Papa. Io, presidente della Lega, invece ho imposto di posticipare di una settimana, così recuperiamo anche Kakà”.
Successivamente cita anche il caso delle diffide di Seedorf, Nesta e Rui Costa in Fiorentina-Milan e l'invito di Meani a De Santis a non ammonire i diffidati rossoneri, facendo notare, prima di cedere la parola a Gallinelli, che “loro”, perchè si riferisce quasi sempre al plurale, dando testimonianza di come la Triade fosse unita, non si permisero mai di chiedere favori agli arbitri e neppure ai designatori.

Rivela come grazie ad un appiglio legale circa il vecchio processo doping, Guariniello avesse chiesto e ottenuto di poter intercettare il Dott. Agricola, che parlava spesso con Moggi e di conseguenza anche lo stesso Moggi veniva intercettato. L'archiviazione è fatto noto; meno nota è la circostanza secondo la quale a tale archiviazione Guariniello si oppose più volte...
A questo punto riprende la parola Moggi, che ci racconta di Galdi informatore di Auricchio in cambio di ricorsi su multe pregresse e dell'arbitro Bertini che in Atalanta-Milan diede 3 minuti di recupero sullo 0-0 per poi allungarli a 4, fatto che consentì al Milan di vincere con una punizione di Pirlo quasi all'ultimo secondo, oltre che a non aver concesso, sempre sullo 0-0, un rigore all'Atalanta per fallo di Nesta da ultimo uomo e si chiede come Bertini potesse essere un suo sodale.
