Looks like the motivations in the Napoli trials will be up tomorrow(the limit was Feb. 8th). We'll see what where the reasons for Moggi to get that "sentence" 3 months ago.

in other news, the league made NEW RULES!

yep, now they declared to FIGC competent in giving or removing a scudetto. Now they can make short trials that won't go into statute of limitations.

oh! I forgot to mention that it starts now, can,t do shit about the 2005/2006 scudetti because that's in the old regime.

C*NTS!!!

yet agnelli calls milan allies....ffs, he should read this http://bianconeri.tripod.com/enemies.html
"The allegations against Juventus have nothing to do with the season 05-06, only the 04-05 season was corrupt and it was fair enough to strip Juventus of that title..."

Took me forever to log in.

I haven't read the attachment but I read elsewhere that the main motivation for the sentence was the presence of foreign SIMs. In other words they hitched their cart to a horse with no legs. We already found out in other trials that the SIM cards didn't lead to referees because it was geographically impossible so this will likely be squashed on appeal.

They got their headlines temporarily. All the Moggi/Juventus haters had their moment in the sun and when Moggi’s lawyers get this overturned no one but Tuttosport will care. It’s all PR pver there. Fucking nonsense.

Just read the link. It said what I wrote up top but added that on page 84 to 85 the judge declares that there was no proof of the accusations made against Moggi and Juventus in 2006 but that the calls and meetings demonstrated a social familiarity between Moggi and the designators that was unprofessional. I guess the fact that the designators were on the phone with everyone in Italy went over their heads much like the fact that it was entirely legal at the time.

Moggi will get it overturned on appeal and no one will care.
