WOW!!!

accused of Juve-Udinese because Moggi was accused of having Pinzi-Muntari-DiMichele carded the game before to miss the Juve match.

The thing is THEY PLAYED VS JUVE because they weren't one card away to miss the Juve match.

Unfuckinbelievable!

If Juve wins the scudetto soon, I hope we insert the 3rd star onto our jersey and I dare anyone to complain about it.
This new Juve always said that but at the same time they don't invite Moggi to the stadium ceremony and throw him under the bus at the trial. They must think they can get back the scudetti by doing this in some way.

I hope that Moratti makes the following proposal: he will give us back the scudetti if Elkann blows him. If Elkanns wife has a child from him he will throw a free coppa as well. Lets see then...

So how are we "not involved" but we don't get any compensation for all the shit we've been through?
Because courts don't take prejudicial stances on all kinds of legal questions that arise. The injured parties must go to the courts themselves and demand action. Juventus haven't done that yet, but maybe they now will!

The only question that was put forward for the court to decide was whether or not Juventus, as Moggi's employer, had objective liability.

EDIT: "Prejudicial" is probably not the right word here, as it means 'biased' in english. But in norwegian law it's called "prejudisiell" and it has the meaning I'm looking for. But I'm not exactly sure what the term is in english. What I meant was; courts generally don't decide on a legal matter until it is put before them. Juventus have to step up with their demands.

Hopefully we get our scudetti back, but some financial compensation wouldn't hurt. :xfinger:

I had my doubts whether the curt would rule in favor of Moggi, and it turns out it didn't. What was most surprising was that, by the looks of it, the evidence was largely overlooked. This is absolute non-sense.

I'm happy that Juve were cleared from this though. I agree with what Jem said.

Yea, they're gonna be like "Hey Inter, can you guys give us back that title of Juventus we gave you? It turns out we really fucked up and Juve seems to have earned it after all. Oops."

Fuck FIGC. I hope Italy doesn't make it past the Euro group stages and Juve blocks our players from playing for those mafioso assholes. Move Juve to fucking Frane already.
