The entire scandal was cooked up by Inter as a way to discredit the other big clubs. There's nothing to it. Personally I don't think any team should have been relegated, but Inter should perhaps be fined or docked points for making all the accusations.

To use an analogy: If X now hold the highest score because Y was caught cheating, why is the argument about who ratted Y out to the teacher and ignore the fact that Y had cheated?
As far as I know, there is no debate here. Juventus were wrongfully accused, wrongfully stripped of 2 league titles, and wrongfully relegated. The only reason that they aren't fighting this is because they can't, as the case has expired.

Based on the language used, the direct attacks on Inter & the fact that we admit (!!) to having "cheated", I can only conclude that this seems fake.

LOng story short:

The letter states:
By the present letter you'll find the content of the mail that was sent to us by the president of Juventus club.


Juve are complaining that the title of the 2005-2006 season was revoked, and they believe that Inter commited errors of the same kind during that period and they protest that this club wasn't sanctionned at all and Juve asked UEFA To:

1- be informed on the way that the FICG handled the facts around Juventus and especially the facts concerning Inter.
2- Sanction Inter and declare that they aren't eligible to participate in CL :xfinger:
3- inform Juventus about the measures UEFA will take against FICG and Inter.

UEFA wants the response by 19th october on this and Juve asked UEFA to look on the matter and be sure that FICG did their job the right way wich the UEFA assume they did so they (FICG) got to present all the informations about what Juve is claiming to avoid any eventual misunderstanding.

After the response of the FICG, UEFA will take the appropriate measures.
