These differences are likely to continue if the rumours heard in the last days should be confirmed by the Federal Council on next Monday. The dialogue between the main movers of the football world is certainly desirable, but the equality conditions between these subjects must still be guaranteed, even better restored, following 5 years of a system based on double standards.
I’d like to stress that every legal action will be carried out in order to preserve Juventus, if the sports system won’t be able to provide all members with equal dignity and treatment. It’s not time for bureaucracy, it’s time for essence. The dialogue will be restored only when these conditions will be guaranteed.

Moratti: 2006 decision 'good news'
Massimo Moratti dubbed it “certainly good news” that Inter are likely to keep their 2006 Scudetto.
The title was handed to them during the Calciopoli scandal, stripped from Juventus, but could be revoked on Monday due to new evidence.
Despite the prosecutor’s report suggesting the Nerazzurri have that title taken away, the FIGC is expected to take no action purely because of the statute of limitations.
“Yes, I read that too,” Inter President Moratti told RAI this afternoon.
“It is certainly good news.”

Who is Marcotti? Whoever he is, he's wrong. The team was punished for article 6...they just never violated it so they made the structured article 1 bullshit to equal an article 6 rule modification and pulled it off that way. Since when were we not punished for article 6? Did I imagine the relegation and year in Serie B.? We were never found guilty of it but the punishment that was imposed on us was that of an article 6 violation nonetheless.

Maybe the "writers" at FI should stick to other topics. They are the only ones left talking about that title and the statute of limitations. Inter won't be punished because of the statute but the scudetto can't be revoked by the FIGC because it was never actually assigned to Inter. All Guido Rossi did was mention that they were #1 in the standings in a press conference and submit the list of qualified teams to UEFA for their competitions with Inter listed first.
As far as the rules are concerned Inter were never the rightful holders of that title, or even the fake holders of that title. They just had the crest stiched on like a bunch of pathetic losers.
